My salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and informed. Very conscious of my time and reasonable. I was impressed with how little time I actually had to spend on the paperwork, very efficient group!

In my personal opinion they done a bate and switch they had the truck advertised for 25000when Italked to them. Set up an appointment for the next day as I live two hours away. I got within 15 minutes of them and they called and said the truck had been sold but it was still on the web site but was listed at 28000 I got a notice from car garu four days later that the truck just sold. So how would you rate them

I sent an inquiry through CarGurus to make sure the truck was still available and I received a text shortly after from "Jerry" confirming it was. From there I scheduled a test drive the following afternoon which I confirmed the following morning. I then drove 2.5 hours to the dealership and asked for Jerry when I arrived. I was told that "Jerry" was an AI tool that was used for leads and not a real person, and that the person it was sent to was probably off that day. After seeing my facial expression the salesman called over his team lead that explained to me that the truck wasnt available any longer because someone already put down a deposit on it, but still needed to trade in their current vehicle. He said I could still test drive the truck and put a deposit down just in case the other person backed out. I asked why nobody called me because I did submit a pre-approval request. No response. After I left frustrated they still ran my credit after I told them I was no longer interested.
