Dealer quickly let me know this vehicle was no longer available and sent other comparable options.

We drove 172 miles to "buy" a car advertised as a "Great Deal" on CarGurus. Once we arrived, during the test drive the check engine light came on. They said they were going to replace some equipment on it but the replacement part had not arrived yet - but we could drive the car home and have a local Chevy dealership do the repair. We also learned they had put a "protective ceramic coating" on the vehicle which raised the purchase price by $2900 - about 20%. Just incredible.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership like this, and I have to say the team at abernethy made it as pleasant as I can imagine possible. I live almost 4 hours from there, but they had the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I inquired about it, it was still available, but I couldn’t make the trip until 10 days or so later, but because I was preapproved they were willing to hold it for me. The day came, it was a Saturday, and I was late getting started on the trip, putting my arrival about 30 minutes after they were supposed to close, but they stayed after hours to accommodate me. And when I arrived they were as pleasant as can be, and they had everything ready so that after taking the Tucson for a short spin around the block just to check that everything was in order. Went in to finalize the deal and's told I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Bottom line this is a great place to buy a car 10/10 would def reccomend and will be dealing with them again.

The two sales women were exceptional and the older gentleman from Ohio in the finance office were exceptional. Best dealer experience I have had wheeli g and dealing in vehicals over the past 20+ years

Long story short because they give limited space - We came from Martinsville, VA, cash in hand, for a vehicle that my sister in law wanted & had been on their lot for 60 + days, on the last day of Feb. The day all dealerships want to deal. Not this one! My sister in law had open communication w/a lady during that time - that was the only positive abt this experience. When we arrived the entire experience changed. The sales guy was working 2-3 other deals & was running between customers. When it came time to deal, he came back w/a price that started w/MSRP - not their price. Once that was question he never returned & some arrogant man returned w/the same price. Only difference was he said, he understood we didn’t want some “service plan” - which we knew nothing about. But to “help us out” he would drop the $ on service plan. We never heard abt a service plan, they didn’t listen to our request, didn’t care, & were just arrogant abt what they have! That vehicle still sits on there today!
