I ended up buying from this place only because my wife really wanted the car. They gave me a price over the phone. We went and drove the car they they wanted more for it than they told me. Had to pay more than the quoted price for it. Salesman said that was his fault that he shouldnt have told me that price on the phone to get me there. Then eat the difference out of your commission. You quoted it. Car is in the shop 3 days after buying it at another dealer trying to figure out whats wrong that the check engine light came on and shows a engine and transmission problem code. So who knows what kind of problem this will be. I would never buy from them again or recommend them after lying about the price. I just hope im not stuck with a car with problems on top of paying more for it.

Since I live about 100 miles away, most of the communication about this vehicle took place by email. I was extremely impressed with the quick responses to my questions. I sent some messages after business hours, expecting to hear back on Monday morning; however, the salesman consistently replied within an hour or so. I ended up purchasing this car and continued to be pleased with every aspect of this dealership. The car was exactly as described. I especially liked the policy of no hidden fees, a willingness to negotiate the price by email, and the politeness and helpfulness of Zachary, the salesperson, as we test drove and eventually bought the car. This was not the high pressure experience I had feared it would be,but rather extremely easy and helpful!
