This is one of the worse dealerships I have ever had to deal with first they would not go with the price that they have advertised on your website and on a couple of other websites versus their website because their website was just marked up higher, but the other websites were not then when I confronted him about it, they would not return my calls no matter what I did did not call back did not respond. Do not have nothing to say don’t care obviously I’m guessing so I just took my business elsewhere, but just for anybody to know, I would never ever use this dealership. They are out to scam people they’re scamming you left and right they’re trying to charge you more than the vehicle is even worth they’re doing a bait and switch. They will try to get you in the door and then take you from there so I would carry on somewhere else.

If I could give a NEGATIVE five stars, I would! We worked directly with the sales manager and salesmen Alex and Benn, agreed on pricing and financing terms, and completed everything in advance for a Yukon XL. We even delayed pickup a day at their request so they could finish inspecting the vehicle after it was traded in. We made it very clear we were driving THREE HOURS and stayed in contact the entire trip. When we arrived, we were blindsided to learn another couple was test driving the same vehicle. The sales manager (James) assured us he wouldn’t sell it out from under us and acknowledged the long drive we made. Minutes later, we watched that same couple being taken inside to complete paperwork for the Yukon XL. Instead of honoring their word, they tried steering us toward an older vehicle with 20,000 more miles. No honesty, no accountability, and zero respect for customers’ time. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

It was a smooth process. Made it so easy to apply, and sign. Overall, great experience! I will be referring friends/ family over.

Bait and switch - agreed on sale asking price- sent credit app - sent all docs - truck marked as sold with me ! setup of transport to only be told the truck was sold the night before and the sales representative was not aware of it.

This was the most positive experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Sales associate contacted me immediately and was knowledgeable as well as courteous. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!
