From start to finish, the staff at Freeman were kind, quick, and helpful. I purchased this vehicle without ever setting foot at the dealership first. They established good communication and trust immediately. Great job team!

This is one of the worse dealerships I have ever had to deal with first they would not go with the price that they have advertised on your website and on a couple of other websites versus their website because their website was just marked up higher, but the other websites were not then when I confronted him about it, they would not return my calls no matter what I did did not call back did not respond. Do not have nothing to say don’t care obviously I’m guessing so I just took my business elsewhere, but just for anybody to know, I would never ever use this dealership. They are out to scam people they’re scamming you left and right they’re trying to charge you more than the vehicle is even worth they’re doing a bait and switch. They will try to get you in the door and then take you from there so I would carry on somewhere else.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences of my life when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The dealer added unauthorized costs and products to the final price. Most concerning, however, was their refusal to honor my pre-approved Chase auto loan, which included a competitive interest rate. The dealership explicitly stated that my rate was too low and insisted that I use their preferred financing company, which offered a significantly higher interest rate. When I declined and insisted on using my approved Chase financing, they refused to proceed with the sale. I immediately left the dealership and purchased a vehicle the same day from a competing dealer, where I was able to secure a lower interest rate. I sincerely hope that GMC reviews this experience and takes appropriate action to protect its customers from such practices. For the record, I have all relevant communications, messages, and documentation from the dealer saved.

Experience was good. It was a hassle for the transaction. Finally, I got what I wanted at a price much lower than $17777.00, ie $14500.00 with some repairs at the cost of the dealership. Great buy.
