Went to look at a car that I was ready to purchase, the associate Ben wanted to run my credit before allowing a test drive and then proceeded to try to have his coworker Javier try to strong arm me into signing a credit application. Was fed lie after lie was even told I would have to wait 2 hours for the store manager and when I contacted the store manger he stated he was out of town so yet another lie. This place will waste your time and ruin your credit DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU ARE OUT OF ALL OTHER OPTIONS

Waiting on a video, very responsive! I have been reaching out to the dealer by email. They have responded to my emails. I asked for a video of the vehicle to be sent for review before I drive over 60 miles to see the vehicle. Waiting on a video now.

Shawn was a wonderful salesman. Took my trade in with no questions asked. The truck that I bought was wonderful. If I decide to buy again, I will go to Buy Cars R Us.

My experience at this dealership was terrible and upsetting!! I was looking to buy a used van or SUV for work and weighing my options. He had 2 vans available that I wanted to scope out and see which would be a better fit. The owner insisted I tell him which I wanted to buy without even allowing me to see both vehicles and was incredibly pushy. I sat in the first van and turned the engine on to take a listen & he gave me a hard time saying I was wasting gas. How am I supposed to know if the engine runs well if I don’t allow the car to idle for a few minutes? When I requested a test drive he said he doesn’t allow them unless I’m going to “buy the car TODAY”. Again, how could I know if the car works well enough for me to want to purchase it without taking it for a short spin? I couldn’t believe the way I was treated and didn’t even end up looking at the second van, I just left. I honestly don’t know how he manages to sell anything - he is a terrible, rude, and pushy salesmen at best.

Constant lack of communication, excuses provided for incompetency, will blatantly break promises with very little regard. Just an overall lack of professionalism mixed with shocked Pikachu faces when called out. AMA on Reddit u/WavyHideo.
