Test drive and sales discussion were great. Financing discussion took too long as we were in a line of customers with a single finance manager to help. We paid cash so felt like we shouldn’t have been there for over 4 hours.

We went and took a look at this jeep because we really liked it, well we went and the lady there did not know much about it at all. The floors were all rusted out (I could put my foot through it), they had it covered in carpet, it was leaking transmission fluid, & it had the check engine light on and the lady wasn’t going to tell us the codes until we brought it up about running codes on it ourselves. All of the jeeps there at the place were in rough shape. I feel as if my husband wasn’t there, they would’ve tried to sell me an extremely messed up vehicle & take advantage of me. This vehicle is worth nothing.

Had an appointment after being told the vehicle I wanted was still available. Drove 45 minutes to get a call when I was 3 minutes away that someone else sold that car. Should have better communication within staff so they don’t sell vehicles that someone else is already in the process of trying to buy.

They were very responsive. He quickly set us up with an appointment to drive the car. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Dealership responded but wasn't my target vehicle.
