Ford dealerships near me (Winnie, TX)

I called first to verify the truck was available, it was. So i made an appointment to come test drive since dealer and salesman offer the ability to make an appointment to schedule a time to come test drive the truck you are interested in, I did that with the assumption that they would hold the truck there, being my appointment was just the next day....nothing crazy like a few days out, literally the next day. Through their automated system I confirmed my trip with them at 10am, at 5pm that same day I got a text from the salesman "hey buddy, sorry, sold the truck today" ???? so what's the point of taking appointments and scheduling test drives ? Get rid of that system if it means absolutely nothing for the buyer. So yea. I'm not buying anything from these guys. Good luck to anyone else wanting to call on Monday and drive on Tuesday. They will see it out from under you and wonder why you arent happy.

Didn’t communicate with me very much and told me the car was sold and it proceeded to stay available for weeks on end

Dealership responded in a somewhat timely manner but the feedback, I got back was very disappointing! I got the impression that their Jeep was the ultimate for the price and no wiggle room whatsoever which wasn’t the case! I found a limited edition, unlimited wrangler with a lot less mileage, all the bells and whistles, for 3K less than there asking price, so I bought that Jeep!

They answered me right away and showed it to me in a timely fashion but was not what I thought it was. I had a few other trucks to see as I explained to salesman. Purchased from other dealership.

Very straight forward and transparent, all addendums were completely optional without having to haggle. Gave me good price on trade. Overall very pleasant and hassle free experience

Very kind and knowledgeable. They want way too much for this vehicle. Other than that I would deal with them again. Super friendly.
