Ford dealerships near me (Winnie, TX)

I called first to verify the truck was available, it was. So i made an appointment to come test drive since dealer and salesman offer the ability to make an appointment to schedule a time to come test drive the truck you are interested in, I did that with the assumption that they would hold the truck there, being my appointment was just the next day....nothing crazy like a few days out, literally the next day. Through their automated system I confirmed my trip with them at 10am, at 5pm that same day I got a text from the salesman "hey buddy, sorry, sold the truck today" ???? so what's the point of taking appointments and scheduling test drives ? Get rid of that system if it means absolutely nothing for the buyer. So yea. I'm not buying anything from these guys. Good luck to anyone else wanting to call on Monday and drive on Tuesday. They will see it out from under you and wonder why you arent happy.

I walked into the dealership and told them what car I was here to look at. I gave them my banks pre-approval letter and said I had financing. The dealership made me an offer that I agreed to and signed their agreement sheet. The next day when I went to pick up the car, the sales manager told me he made a mistake and that the deal offered to me the day before was not available anymore because they would lose money if they went through with selling me the car at that price. I told them that wasn't my problem and that I agreed and signed their agreement sheet. He proceeded to tell me he couldn't do that deal and that he would have to change my trade-in value because he gave me that value based on me going through their financing. I walked out without the car and my time wasted! I WOULD NOT suggest to anyone, to purchase a car from this dealership!

Dealership responded in a somewhat timely manner but the feedback, I got back was very disappointing! I got the impression that their Jeep was the ultimate for the price and no wiggle room whatsoever which wasn’t the case! I found a limited edition, unlimited wrangler with a lot less mileage, all the bells and whistles, for 3K less than there asking price, so I bought that Jeep!

Addition mandatory fees so they make a lot more money. The advertised price is a scam to get you there. Bad people! These people give all dealerships a bad reputation. I left and bought at a no fee, no dealership!

The guys over at Willis ford did an amazing job. The process was really smooth. They answered all of the questions that I asked about the vehicle. Great service also.

Fast and very Friendly people

I was supposed to be able to just go in and sign papers and pick up the car. They tried to sell it to me at the original price, not the marked down price I had agreed to. They said they could do the deal with no money down but made me pay $500 down. I should have walked out at that point. Played the game of having to go ask the manager and taking so long that of course I just wanted to get out of there. The car had more problems than just some small physical damage. For instance, the steering wheel when pulled out and raised up would not go back to the original down and pushed in position. Then when I got home and really looked at the paperwork, they tacked on gap insurance and tire service care without even asking or taking to me about it!!!! Look at the breakdown really good if you decide to buy anything from these people!
