Ford dealerships near me (Tampa, FL)

I am happy with the car but I have called and asked for a copy of the actual contract three times and still did not receive it. I feel like some shady is going on.

After several weeks of going back and forth with the staff in an effort to get clarification regarding the quote, I unfortunately never received the information I was requesting. I'm extremely disappointed with the overall experience and the lack of communication. In my experience, this has been one of the poorest examples of customer service I've encountered. I had genuine interest in moving forward, but the lack of follow-through made the process unnecessarily frustrating and ultimately caused me to reconsider doing business with your company.
