I purchased a 2017 Wrangler Unlimited here on 11/21/20. The sticker price was $31,453 which is what I negotiated with the salesperson to pay. However when they transferred my deal to finance the price was changed to $34,000. I didn’t realize there was a problem until after the contract was signed. I also had a water issue with the vehicle after taking delivery. I initially made a poor review here due to this issue and as a result I received a call from the owner and the GM. To my surprise they acknowledged that they were able to trace the issue Internally and they agreed to send all of the money to the loan company that I was placed with. They didn’t have to do this because I was contractually obligated to what I signed for but they wanted to make it right, and they did. With regard to the water issue they also stood by the sale and fixed the vehicle completely. Working with Joe in service was extremely easy and he was anxious to make me happy. They have a lot of Integrity.
