Told me they’d contact me when the truck arrived and nothing. Gave them my vehicle info for estimated trade in and never heard back. They’d text me that they’d let me know and were still working on it. Finally, I called them and truck had came and sold. Still never got my vehicle trade in quote. Been 3 weeks.

This was the worst experience in the entire car buying experience I had, after test driving the car and putting money down to hold it, they still were advertising the car and telling people to come test drive it and then when I had the money I was then told they had taken the car to “auction” because they didn’t have the pink slip the only positive was I got the 1000 back I put down I will never go back to that place

People at thise Dealership were very welcoming and helpful. Upon arriving we were greeted from a salesperson. The Salesperson we were there to see was not there yet. That didn't matter because that one person helped us out. Great teamwork. He took us out for the test drive and when we got back, the person we were supposed to meet up with was there. The financing was really quick and we walked out with what we had in mind. All in all great buying experience. I definitely recommend thise Dealership. Thanks to all the staff.

Quick call back, no pressure

Battery was dead on the truck even though I had a scheduled appointment with the dealer. There were issues with the truck that the dealer played off as no big deal although I stressed with them I wanted everything fixed before I took it home. They decided to push me anyway with the sales managers bad tactics even offering to take $10,000 off the price of I just took it home that night. He wouldn't put it in writing so I left. Very pushy sales tactics and they don't care if you're happy with what you're taking home as long as they sell a vehicle. I warned them that I wasn't a fool but they decided to test me anyway. Won't be back.

Honestly, wasn’t that great of an experience and had a dealers mark up. Really didn’t help out with negotiating and the car wasn’t in its best condition, messaged them the next day about not giving me the wheel lug nut lock removal socket and still no response. The key fob wasn’t the original either and just gave me one.
