Shady found issues with the truck asked if they would be fixed salesman said I would have to ask manager and then made a statement that probably good fix the issues but if they sold it before I made my decision then nothing they could do we asked if they would fix if someone else bought and salesman stated that maybe only if they found the issues we found. Issues where vibrating in steering wheel when you got up to 70 mph and then one dual tire was unevenly wearing.

Fantastic experience

I spoke to Frank Covello the day before I could see the car. I was willing to drive the 200 miles but needed to be sure it would be available prior to making the drive. Frank stated he would set it aside and assured me that it would be available. He also set me up with Justin Waggoner as he wasn’t scheduled to work the next day. The car was there as promised. Justin was a great person to deal with and made the buying experience as good as it possibly could be. I drove the distance because they had no hidden fees and what fees they had were extremely reasonable. Can’t say the same for the other dealers I visited. Also, the car exceeded my expectations. The car was competitively priced, if not cheaper with lower miles and more features. I was not a fan of the finance portion as it’s the dealers chance to upsell. That’s always the case but it’s exhausting. I had great interactions with all the staff I came into contact with. I would absolutely buy from them again.
