Worthless! They lied about the price! Sold it as I was driving over ! Gave me a price - a few days later raised price BY OVER $2000 ??? Then said it was sold ??? The sold email was at the lower price? Figure they cheat for profit

Honestly there was some good and some bad. Was contacted quickly by a seller who I'll leave anonymous and was given his number so I could call and set something up. I informed him that I was a good distance away but was willing to drive because the car in question (2011 Shelby GT500) was my absolute dream car. Here is where I feel like I have my problems with the experience. He had sent me a NADA value of the car and explained why it was completely a good deal and I agreed. Yet when they undervalued my trade in by a good 4 grand he had told me that they used KBB when they value trade-ins. Also before I even agreed to the numbers he would continously lay out a full deal plan and try to get the info to run my credit before anything was agreed upon. On the phone when trying to explain why I truly didn't agree on the trade in figures I was interuppted constantly. Ultimately I agreeded to a figure that was 700 below what I thought would be my lowest offer I quickly found out that based off my income I was denied which is understandable and could be expected. I would have been fine with the whole situation if I didn't feel like I was rushed on every phone call and told the fair value on a vehicle is only what a dealership says it is. This probably more of just a personal bad experience then anything so I'm sure that someone else can shop there and be well taken care of.

I was in contact with Kevin at Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln and we emailed each other for about a week. He was very responsive and made my 85 mile drive worth my time. They gave me a great offer on my trade-in and everyone in the dealership was friendly. I would definitely go back when buying my next vehicle.

Although the dealership was prompt in responding, and treated us very well, the car we first inquired about was not ready for sale, and in poor condition. The second car we came to test drive had been sold the night before with no notice to the sales person we talked with. It was only after the test drive that the sales person was informed that the car was sold. The experience was otherwise good. It just seems that they were not communicating with one another very well, and that spoiled the trip. We drove 1.5 hours for a car that had been sold....

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Introduced to the Owner which you don't hear of anymore. I will buy my next car there and will tell all my family and friends about Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln!!

Although we are not ready to buy at this moment, (coming off of a MKX lease) your sales personnel were courteous and helpful. It didn't hurt that you have the best selection of Edge in the area and they were priced fairly competitively You'll be hearing from us again..

Man oh man, what a ride home! I contacted this dealership when I came across an MKZ priced lower than anyone within a 500 mile radius. They were quick to contact me and respond to my many questions. I dealt with Kevin Riggs and George Vanos and they made my car buying experience so enjoyable! Buying a car is usually a nerve wracking ordeal for me, from the financing, to the money agreement, to the trade in....but not here. They gave me top dollar for my trade and I feel the best deal possible on the car. I will be back when I'm in the market again. I can't say enough good things. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

This was my first experience with Jim Xamis, and it was very positive. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. My salesperson Ellen was waiting outside the door for me when I arrived with the car freshly washed and ready to go. When I returned a few days later to buy it, George greeted me by name almost before I was able to get out of my car. I got the deal I wanted, and would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Sold the car out from under me. I was working with a sales guy over a 2-day period. I drove 45-minutes to see the car and it needed service, a new battery (it was dead) and rotors turned - car pulled hard to left. I asked them to confirm front brake pads and replace if needed and let me know when the service was done. They agreed and on 3rd day my sales guy texted me all service was done but he was out of the office. I called as soon as I got off work to speak with their Sales Manager (George) but they sold the car out from under me. Not my fault my sales guy was out of the office and not my fault they didn't have it properly serviced when I drove 45-minutes to drive it which would have facilitated a deal on the first day. The car was filthy when I looked at it and the battery was corroded. I won't buy from Jim Xamis. They wasted my time.

Didn't drive away with what I wanted, but Andy was great to deal with! My search continues!

No gimmicks. Great sales team. Went out of their way to be honest about the used car they were selling us even sending pictures of minor blemishes.

They contacted me soon enough but I had already purchased another vehicle.
