No pressure, no BS. That's always refreshing. All involved in my deal...my saleswoman, manager, and finance manager were pros and clearly worked hard to make me their customer. They know their stuff. The trade in process was seamless and fair, as was the overall negotiation....quick, easy, and stress free. The deal was a win/win, I had a satisfying ride home in my new Edge, and no next morning regrets. It was a good day. When the need arises in the future Mahwah Ford will get first shot.

Great salesperson. The car we were interested in though was sold (salesperson didn’t know). Other good stock but we weren’t interested. Salesperson tried to make offer in an alternate car but no sales pressure and was very polite when we declined. We will go back again given good experience.
