Dealer salesperson responded quickly and was pleasant . He was apologetic. His management had led him and I to believe they were willing to negotiate and had room on the price. I drove an hour each way. It was a waist of my time. Dealer management was unwilling to make the deal work affordably. Found another dealer who met my expectations with the same vehicle with half the mileage and far lesser price. I saved thousands at another dealer. The managements excuse was that they didn't buy the vehicle being offered at the right price. (Not my problem)

Pleasant and Awesome. The staff made the purchasing experience special. Everything was explained , no surprises, pricing was straight forward, as advertised. From start to finish they were therew for us, answered all our questions and then some, helped us get familiar with the car, it looked super when we picked it up. I am enjoying the car. We enjoyed the experience. Will recommend Stamford Ford Lincoln Mercury to all our family and friends

Immediately called me up to take ALL my info, and was told I would be getting a call the following day. I got a call at 11:00am the following day by a sales rep, unfortunately the truck I was interested had a deposit on it. As for the girl who took all my info and the sales rep both were extremely professions and polite.

The Ugency drama. Sales men told me. if I want to buy this car I better get there cuz I've two people sitting with other sales men. I check two days later car was still on lot. No need for the pressure sales people.

contacted us right away they seem to be very much I'm on the game but we ended up buying a Toyota Tacoma also the salesman I talked to said I better hurry up and get there somebody else is coming in with the deposit that was bull because they contacted me a week later on the same vehicle

Stamford Ford's customer service was so good that I took a train over 2 and a half hours to buy a car from them! They even picked me up at the train station! The only regret I have is that they're not closer now to get maintainace from Stamford Ford's Service Department.

Sales Man did not know what an Executive L was, he never heard of it! Plus he tried to give me a sales Pitch, which there wass no need for it. I was buying a car, Cash he was clueless when it came to what i wanted,. God gave him tow ear's for a reason he should have done more listening then talking, he should have saved the sales Pitch if he had what i wanted there need to be no selling. I just bought two ultimate L, & two Executive L, 2007 & 2004 Cash!!!
