My overall experience was ok, not good and not bad. A few hidden costs along the way once we got to the negotiating point. After a conversation with the sales person to go over these charges, the second version also came back incorrect. The dealbreaker for me was the shipping costs. There is also a charge for them to receive and deliver your trade-in, which was more than the value they offered for my car. That is what caused me to look only at local options.

Great experience! They have a great team. Dealt with a great young man Lucas who was great and on top of everything. Made us feel comfortable and was very charismatic.

Multiple staff members couldn't answer simple questions about information in their advertisement. Kept pushing to schedule a visit. When I was as able to get to dealership, vehicle wasn't there.
