Ford dealerships near me (Parma, MI)

Complete waste of time. Set up an appointment to test drive a car the following date. Salesperson called at 2:30 pm and confirmed the appointment for the following day at 9 am and said it was gassed up and waiting inside for me to drive the next day. Arrived the next day at 8:30 am after driving 1.5 hours to get there and the car was sold. I was never asked for a deposit to hold the car and would have given one instead of wasting my time driving there and back for a total of 3 hours.

Super happy with Scott at LaFontaine! If we lived closer, I would definitely buy from them again, but we’re 2 hrs away. It was such a good deal that I could help but make the drive and buy the vehicle I was looking at. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Took care of business

The dealership removed the prices from the web and didn’t answer my questions regarding the price - I understand they wanted me to come in - But by not answering my question via e-mail leads me to the conclusion they would not get my business.

Contacted about a vehicle and would not allow me to place a deposit and reserve it. By the time I was able to complete the purchase the vehicle had already been sold. Disappointing experience.
