The sales person, Conner, who was the first person I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful. He returned every call and answered every question. He then provided me with still pictures and a walk around video of the car. I the scheduled a time to meet with him on Saturday morning. I purchased the car and he did everything possible to help.

I've had 3 Nissan Altima cars in my life and I have never purchased one from a Nissan Dealership. This offer was too good not to pass up, even though in Topeka. I contacted the dealership through CarGuru and got immediate response and questions answered. Even though sick, I made it out to the dealership and they still had my car. A good deal on the car, good test drive and then I decided to trade in my 2015 Nissan Altima and got the typical low end of Kelly BB price. I did negotiate some but in the end, I wanted the car. I just think it's a "game" all dealerships play with trade in and this one came within $150 of my ask price. My time at the dealership was a few hours. With my drive time, it cost me 5 hours of my day. Dealership was nice with amenities and friendly faces. CJ was my hook up and he took care of me and tried to get me out the door as soon as possible. Car was fully detailed with gas. Had to go through finance, but never felt pressured on any choices. Great Experience!
