Ford dealerships near me (Onalaska, TX)

Was unable to get financial loan for the jeep I was looking at but they worked very hard to get me a loan for a vehicle and still leaving with a jeep amazing communication from sales department to loan department 10 out of 10

Submitted an inquiry for a walk around video showing any chips/scratches in the paint because I’m out of state. Michael called me 2 days later and asked if he could answer any questions. I repeated my initial request. He replied with “not sure I can do that. My phone has been acting up”. No attempt was made to get another salesman. Haven’t heard from them since. No worries Michael! I took my business to another out of state dealership. Avoid this place.

Many people called me but never would get me information. Was ready to work a deal but was blown off so I bought from another dealer paid less 2026 cheaper then they was selling the 2025 poor customer service
