I am big on customer service, extremely big I feel like customer courtesy has fallen tremendously over the years. To experience the level of customer service, courtesy, care, and transparency i received from this dealership is priceless. Just the communication alone i truly appreciated. There are a lot of Dealerships that could use training from this dealership. I recently purchased a vehicle for my wife from a New and Extremely Big Franchise Dealership and the experience i had there was extremely horrible. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. A Lot of these Dealerships especially The supposedly big franchise dealerships should take a page out of this dealerships book. They need to understand that every single solitary customer should be treated the same with dignity, respect, and that their business is appreciated. I would definitely give this dealership 10 stars i recommend them to everyone. The Transparency and the customer service is impeccable!

I made a purchase and everything was handled online. They even took the trade without even seeing it in person. They delivered the vehicle 5 hours to my home and took the trade back with them.

Submitted an inquiry for a walk around video showing any chips/scratches in the paint because I’m out of state. Michael called me 2 days later and asked if he could answer any questions. I repeated my initial request. He replied with “not sure I can do that. My phone has been acting up”. No attempt was made to get another salesman. Haven’t heard from them since. No worries Michael! I took my business to another out of state dealership. Avoid this place.
