Dealer was great tried everything to get me in the car. But personal matter came up and had to let it go.

I worked with Joseph in sales and he was great! Tried his best to give me a good price on the vehicle but I ran into problems with management on my trade in. They had an alarm system supposedly installed but I didn't want it and the Sales Mgr. wouldn't work with me to remove it from the amount of the car. Joseph kept working on the problem and was finally able to get it taken off so we could go ahead with the deal. Vehhicle was already sold when I inquired information

David was awesome

Told me they’d contact me when the truck arrived and nothing. Gave them my vehicle info for estimated trade in and never heard back. They’d text me that they’d let me know and were still working on it. Finally, I called them and truck had came and sold. Still never got my vehicle trade in quote. Been 3 weeks.

Inquired, did not get a response

This was the worst experience in the entire car buying experience I had, after test driving the car and putting money down to hold it, they still were advertising the car and telling people to come test drive it and then when I had the money I was then told they had taken the car to “auction” because they didn’t have the pink slip the only positive was I got the 1000 back I put down I will never go back to that place
