Located in the worst part of downtown. Homeless encampments & trash!! The dealership was dirty & in need of a remodel. The vehicle smelled & was beat up!!

Very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. I spent two days communicating with Zack about a vehicle I was seriously interested in purchasing and making arrangements to travel there. I was already pre-approved with financing at 4.9% and no money down, with a payment around $435. Zack encouraged me to apply through the dealership, but their financing would have required approximately $7,800 down and a rate around 9.99% to reach a similar payment.I continued communicating with Zack until around 8 PM on the second day while we were trying to finalize everything. I later found out through an email from CarGurus that the vehicle had been sold. The most disappointing part was that no one from the dealership had the courtesy to contact me and let me know.I understand vehicles can sell quickly, but after two days of communication and knowing I was a serious buyer, I expected better communication and professionalism. Truly disappointed with the dealership and how this was handled
