They said it was put in their loaner program and they would call me when it came in. I never got a call. I saw it advertised and inquired again. I received a message asking How can I help you?? I have 2 Fords that I get serviced there. Always great service. Sales was disappointing.

They are honest with all the fees that various government agencies require of Florida car dealers. I was disappointed that they wouldn't budge on the out-the-door price.

Ended up returning the vehicle. It was in poor condition. It turned out not to be a 1 owner, it was evidently a rental and the paint was not good.

Excellent service and was in and out in an hour! Finance manager even played a quick game of tik tak toe which I thought was awesome!

Tried to add $3,500 on the price of the car basically for a cleanup. This dealership is not for me.

It was difficult to get to an out the door price. They advertise price. As best as I could get from them there about $3000 of dealer and transaction fees on top of the advertised price. But that was hard to get out over the phone as they wanted me to drive an hour to the dealership before they would price me. This is me of the reasons people don’t like car dealers. Felt shady. I am a serious buyer, I walked into Tesla and bought new with transparent pricing.
