Ford dealerships near me (Mount Pleasant, MI)

No only was the car I drove over 100 miles to see, not ready to be sold, the dealership was insistent on trying to get me to agree to purchase if they fixed the problems with the car. Keep in mind this was after several conversations about my intentions before even driving up there to test drive it. I’m curious to know how a “respected” dealership in the mount pleasant area has stayed open for so long. I was very clear and adamant about my intentions on test driving that vehicle and my inability to purchase anything pending my insurance total loss claim. They continued to attempt to figure out a way for me to buy that particular vehicle. I will not recommend nor ever make a trip to this dealership for any vehicle I find that they have in the future. Absolutely reaffirmed to me why people hate car dealerships.

The staff responded right away and were very helpful with my whole purchase. No high pressure sales, just very informative and helpful. I would recommend them.

When contacted initially to see if the vehicle is available two separate sales team members said that it was. When I asked for an out the door price I was then told that the vehicle was sold a few days earlier. Didn’t care if it was sold….just not a good initial impression of that dealer.
