The sales lady was very nice and tried her best to get the 2015 Explorer for me. Unfortunately they had just received it and hadn't inspected it yet. So I couldn't wait for it because I had to have it then. I appreciate that they didn't sell me a car that hadn't been looked over for problems. Most places would have.

The staff was great, very happen with my experience.

Drove 3 hours to pickup my car . When I got there they kept me waiting on the finance dept. for 4 hours. At nearly 11 pm they told me they couldn’t sell me the car because it was already sold. Mind you we agreed to a deal on the previous day.I was only there to pay for it and drive it home.We had to end up getting a hotel because we were too exhausted to drive home . They cost me $300 on gas and hotel. Don’t waist your time like they did mine.

Very disappointing experience. I was a serious buyer ready to purchase an F-250, yet I was promised a callback from a sales manager three separate times and nobody followed through. I even had to call them asking why I was chasing a dealership that supposedly wanted my business. We may not agree on price—that's business. But repeatedly failing to communicate is simply unprofessional. If communication is this poor before they have your money, it makes you wonder what happens after the sale.

Staff at the dealership were very responsive to my inquiries. And willing to help in any way possible. The vehicle wasn't a good fit for my daughter. They even offered to have this vehicle or any other vehicle on their lot delivered to our house 1.5 hours away.
