If you contact them they put you on a subscription to their sales persons email. You think they are being persistent but in fact when you keep getting the same email over and over even after complaining then you notice in small print on the bottom say to unsubscribe go here! Cara was the sales person whose name was in the emails. Can you imagine what the contract small print might say!

We got there and the salesman was brand new. 2nd day there. Went to drive the car it made a horrible noise when leaving. Went to back it in and made a hard jerk feeling. Went inside the sales manager asked how it was. Told him the issues and he wanted keep telling us it passed the inspection by mechanics. Then he and the salesman left for over 10 minutes so we left. I also don’t like these dealerships that have 30 salesman walking around like vulchers everywhere you look. Just wasn’t great service or atmosphere.

The sales people tried hard, but I personally believe Auto Nation over prices their cars. Using the listed sales price for their data spits out bad data to price their trucks. We were about $4000 apart. Maybe I am too cheap. Unfortunately Sunni and Craig could not make a price adjustment. But they are good people and if you don't mind paying full price, then By all means shop at Auto Nation dealerships. I have neve successfully purchased a vehicle from them in the last 5 attempts over the last 20 years.

Everyone was helpful. Finance person was not straight forward, finance people do what finance people do try to get you to commit to higher payments than necessary. After refusing to do deal they always somehow pull their/a “rabbit” out of the hat and tell you how much effort they had to do to get the deal done. This such a boring and tired way of doing business. He was the only glitch in the deal.
