My experience with the dealership was terrible. The manager was rude and derogatory towards me. He lied to me on the phone about the value of my truck that I was gonna trade in and he wasn’t nice at all when I didn’t want to accept his deal and that’s when he got belligerent with me,I would not advise anybody to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

I had made several inquiries with different Representatives over a 3-day period and ultimately after the fourth day they told me the car was sold. Not only was it sold they told me that it went to an auction company that buys cars from them. In other words if I wanted to buy the car now I'd have to buy it and pay a different dealer for a higher price than I had originally saw online fr9m Ricart. In my original call, the Rep insisted that I make an offer on the car they had posted on thier website. I had asked him can you just give me the best price and let's be done with it? He said give me your offer and I'll take it to my team and let you know if they accept it. I gave him an offer and never heard back. I even called the next morning and multiple times after and spoke to other Representatives. I received emails from the AI email system, telling me over those several days that my offer was being reviewed. It was all a lie. I found another vehicle online.

Was very disappointed in the quality of the vehicle. It had been on line for 35 days. It had not been detailed and have not been repaired from the damage online. The Carfax showed no accidents, but where we did the Carfax at the dealership has showed it admitted to with structural damage the damage to the vehicle had not been fixed. We took it for a test drive and the rear end was slipping left and right on the chassis car should’ve not been for sale until fixed. We were disappointed after making an hour and 45 minute drive to look at the vehicle. The sales person was very nice and that was a very good experience. Just not a good experience with the car looked at another car that also had problems decided not to look at anymore again. The sales person was very, very nice and very apologetic.

The trade process was seamless. I found what I wanted, and Byers made the transaction as smooth as it could be. Rick did a great job getting me into my new truck!
