I drove 3 hours and 45 minutes only for them to sell the vehicle as I got close to the dealership. Instead of calling me they sent a text message.

Salesman didn’t answer my questions so I became disinterested . I asked about the undercarriage and the salesman ignored my question until I told him I was not interested. He later sent photos of undercarriage that was below my standards.

There were a few issues, but they took care of them. They definitely want to make sure the customer is happy.

I am still thinking about buying the car. I just wish that it had less mileage. I am not in a rush as my current Venza runs very well. I have full confidence that my salesman will let me know if he gets another SUV. That is exactly what I’m looking for.. I would recommend everyone to this business

The sales agent had great mannerism and caring. The manager Rocky I feel needs improvement in his customer services skills. Never came to me after the sale was complete and said congratulations or thank you for your business.

I found the truck on cargurus and it had everything that I wanted on the ad at a good price. As I was looking at the pictures on cargurus the ad told me that it was a 81” long bed. When I got on the dealership website and look at the pictures it showed it as a 96” bed, if on the chat line it told me it was a 81” bed. I was aready to buy it when thank god the general sales manager called me and told me it was a 96” bed I thank him and I thank him and ended our shopping at this dealership

Told me car was available for 2 days, then sold it to someone else, then tried to give me a terrible deal on a car i didnt want.

Best interaction hands down. Transparent pricing before I got there and most of the financing was able to be taken care of on my way. Shortest time spent in a dealer ever. Worked hard to get me the best rate they could, beating my credit unions rate. 10/10 would recommend.

The sales persons were very very nice respectable and helpful and I will buy from them anytime they are very nice and they make sure you get a good deal on a vehicle that's what I like about it so even though I didn't buy the vehicle the vehicle was so I live in Baltimore City they worked in Virginia I just could not get down there in town but I will like to buy a vehicle from them if they get my vehicle the vehicle I'm looking for is a 2017 or 16 expedition Platinum well you have a good day and thank you
