Even though we couldn't get me the vehicle I was looking at (due to funding on my end), the sales rep (Tyson) was very friendly and really dug in and tried over a series of days to try to get me what I wanted. When my credit gets a little better I'm going to try to back with them in the future! The vehicles they have a very nice and well maintained and reasonably priced. Would recommend for sure

This was a terrible experience. The first thing I was told was that the 2016 Chevy Silverado wasn't ready to be sold yet and the salesman then directed me to a 2014 GMC with 50K more miles and 2 years older. It appeared to be a very nice truck until the salesman tried to show me how the horn sounded, the horn didn't work. He then tried to show me how the stereo sounded and it also didn't work. I need a truck very badly so we went inside to fill out paperwork. He had me sign papers and then proceeded to do 5 hard credit pills. I asked him for a price on the GMC and he said "about the same as the other one" which told me nothing. He said he was going to make copies of the papers I signed and instead of bringing back the copies, which I never did get, brought back his manager to tell me that Westlake, even though I was pre qualified with them, said they changed their mind and wouldn't finance anything for me. So I drove over an hour and a half spent money on gas and wasted my time

I went to see a car that I found through CarGurus. The staff was great and the car was as advertised.

Ford should not renew this dealerships franchise agreement. Arranged time via email to stop in and test drive F150 Lightning. When I arrived no one greeted me and there were a bunch of old white men more interested in sitting around talking than helping customers. When someone did help me, they told me sales person I had arranged to meet had left for the day. Another sales rep tried to help me, but told me to they did not have a F150 lightning instock and hadn’t had one for awhile. Proceeded to try and tell me they like to “build relationships” before they sell a vehicle…whatever that meant. I walked out. Won’t deal with a honest dealership. The dealership visually was a mess outside and inside. Whole building needs to be torn down and turned into a Tesla service center. Will never go back as it is a classic example of what is wrong with a traditional dealer and car buying experience
