Sales staff contacted me and provided video of car. Seemed helpful and willing to assist me. I did get a text message from outside sales (AI?) that was somewhat strange because they offered to drive the car 2-1/2 hours to me for test drive.

This was a telephonic conversation at which time all questions were answered to my satisfaction.

I made an appointment to view the Bronco on Tuesday. I showed up to get my trade-in value and view the Bronco, 20 minute drive, only to be told when I got there that the Bronco wasn’t on the lot because it had been lent out as a courtesy car. Told that the vehicle would be back Wednesday morning but would need detail work done for a stain on the seat so, I should come in on Thursday morning when the Bronco would be ready to view/purchase. Th is evening, Wednesday night, I got a notification from CarGurus that the Bronco had sold! I’m very displeased with Stokes Hodges Ford in Graniteville, SC!!
