Called and inquired about a used truck in their lot. I won’t mention names as I dealt with five employees within two days of discussion on the vehicle and don’t wish to name names. Towards the end they wouldn’t negotiate the vehicles price even though it was marked $3,500 above KBB and six years old. When I questioned an employee on this I was responded “well if the price was too high you never would of inquired about the vehicle!” And said employee appeared ignorant in his messages. Beyond that, the five different employees were not all on the same page and didn’t work together as to help me other then to attempt to make a sale and push me too not want their business. After I expressed the unorganized facility that was being operated and I no long wish to do business I continued to receive messages and emails as if they had nothing better to do but hassle me each on their own free time. Professional staff reached out and clearly communicated the sale price. The price listed was accurate, the staff was friendly and I feel the vehicle was well represented.

After reaching an agreed price, I went to the dealership, test drive, signed and left. Overall a great experience.
