Dealerships near me (Fredericksburg, VA)

I didn't proceed with the purchasing process because after contacting the dealership to inquire more details on the car. The features that were not highlighted on the website. The results were not compelling to me. So stopped there and called off on the deal.

I scheduled a test drive...drove 90 minutes to get there..almost 70 miles. The car in pictures looked good body wise, same with the interior. Wrong....sizable dent near the right headlight... passenger door mirror ..top half broke off....left rear quarter panel quarter sized dent, long scratches down the body. Interior wasn't too bad, till my wife noticed the passenger door trim was missing. That did it...didn't bother to drive it. Told the salesman the distance I drove to see it...his comment...well....! Then walked back to the building. I strongly suggest if you're local..fine..but don't drive a long way to see their vehicles. I don't believe they park damaged cars on the lot to sell, and never mention it in their description of problems. Beware!

The vehicle had been on the lot for over 210 days. Vehicle should have been serviced before the sale, that's my opinion. There is always a room for improvement

Pretty quick and easy purchase, acquired the truck at a great price and the staff was more than helpful to answer questions and communicate professionally and kind.

I came up to look at 2 vehicles that they said they still had, once I got there I waited over a hour and a half just to test drive a vehicle. I then get informed that the vehicles I was inquiring about had “sold” and made me test drive a vehicle with double the mileage

They've reached out to me ,but i decided i will hold on to my car , i owe 21,000 on my car and i financed for 7 years and my score was coming in at 571 so i decided to keep instead and not deal with headache trying to trade it .
