Ford dealerships near me (Fallbrook, CA)

We got a low ball offer on our trade. They were not willing to negotiate much at all. They sold the car but then asked if we were still interested the next day even though the car was no longer available.

If you know I’m coming at 7:00, make sure the battery is charged. I probably would have bought this truck if the dealership was more professional. Heated seats didn’t work and they didn’t seem to care that I didn’t want to deal with the back and forth but they did it anyway. When the sales manager came out and tried to pressure me, that was the end of it. Telling me that he’s going to drop the price of the truck by $10K then not putting it in writing is very offsetting. Bad sales tactics only tells me that the customer service would be bad too. I walked out and didn’t look back.

Made an appointment to see the truck. Told at the last minute it had been sold the night before. The truck still being advertised on Cars.com, KBB.com and CarGurus.com. Now I wonder if it was ever there, or, was the ad just to make contact with potential buyers. Also, makes me not trust Aaron Ford of Escondido.

My wife and I went down to Tuttle-Click to look at the car. I was happy with the color from the beginning. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the Explorer. He told us there was no spar tire but my wife found the spare tire. We asked a lot of questions about financing that he was surprised we asked. He said no body asks those questions. We had to tease him a little about the spare tire. We took it for a drive and I liked the way it handled. We put money down but financed it through our credit union, which turned out to be a much better deal. Took delivery of the SUV and have been driving around since. Tuttle-Click has called me to make sure everything was good.

We had the nicest sales man named Elijah. Elijah wasn’t pushy or over bearing. He was so down to earth and kind to us. Honestly we wanted to purchase from him.

Dealership responded quickly and accurately to my requests. Brandon Jacobson was a pleasure to deal with.
