My experience with Danny in sales and John the finance manager were above and beyond. Recommended! Good deal on a nice van, came from San Diego for the deal! Only issue was a minor glitch with the tires on the van, but they worked out a solution ammenable for both parties and I am completely satisfied.

Received amazing service, the whole process went smoothly for me. The sales women had it all done so i walked in to sign the paperwork and drive off.

My experience was great at Top Notch Auto cruise called me on Saturday I think and I mentioned to him that I would not be able to be there then he mentioned The could come in on Monday and they did that. I met them Monday and drove the car home.

Be Careful! Make sure you check the car completely!! Salim, the owner, will say anything about the car so you can buy it. Do Not take his word for it ! ;( The car I went to see was not even clean. All fluids were low. All filters were dirty and the battery was dead! All tires were uneven and from different brands. It looked as if the car was put together and had not been turned on in several months. I asked for pictures or video of engine and never received anything. This is not a dealership. Is a guy with cars parked around a building and along aside of the street. He has a small office with car parts all over the floor and a desk piled up with paperwork. Before you drive to Temecula , I recommend you to request pictures or videos of engine.

Staff was great, they made the process easy and stress free. Only problem I had was that I started the finance process online but they said they couldn’t find it once I got there, they said that happens often when you start the process on apps such as CarGurus or Autotrader.

We were very happy with our experience buying a used Model Y from Paradise Chevrolet. Christian & Eddie were very helpful getting everything taken care and they went above and beyond what I expected when purchasing from a dealership. I was planning to drive ~2 hours to look at & purchase the car and Eddie was nice enough to drive the car all the way to me on a weeknight to sign the paperwork and hand over the car/keys. I was not expecting such a simple, straightforward purchase from talking over the phone to having the car in my driveway the same day, and would gladly give them my business again in the future.
