My Initial contact with Ryan Ford has been very nice- easy to converse with- attentive with a strong focus on answering all my questions. While, I have not visited their facility, my conversations with Ryan (sales) and Wes (finance) have been excellent. Based on my experience to date- I would rate highly.

Staff worked hard to get deal done but couldn’t get dealer to dealer trade to sister store where i live.Ended purchasing vehicle some where else.

The process was going great. We made a deal over the phone and all was done. But the dealer asked me to wait 10 days to finalize the paperwork at the end of the month. I agreed because there was a repair issue we were waiting to be completed. Then the dealer sold the truck to another person and didn’t offer any other trucks to replace the truck I agreed to purchase. They ended up blaming me for not completing financing paperwork or paying a deposit. The dealer is the one who asked me to wait until the end of the month to complete the sale.
