Ford dealerships near me (Denver, NC)

Added $899 to the price for some ridiculous mvp package for dent removal, windshield repair, key replacement, etc. NONE of which I wanted and their reply was, “The MVF is valid nationwide and is not optional.” I’m okay with them making their money, not okay with the scams.

They where quick to put out information and kind to there customers

After writing a poor review of this dealership for NOT contacting me after the INTIAL automated response, they called repeatedly. (that was a good thing) So, after reconnecting and explaining why I rated them a 1 star they explained that the car couldn't be sold as it was awaiting parts. Then we talked about what the issue was and had a great discussion. Detailed descriptions of the faults/conditions and they expressed their desire to not put any more money into it. I gave a 3 Star for "Condition Accuracy" because the photos in the add were OLD and not accurate (Pictures with Top Down and torn seats, but the Top was UP and INOPERABLE and they FIXED the seats by the time I contacted them). "Price Transparency" 4 Star but should be 3 as I assume the price would be negotiable especially with the condition the car was in when I contacted them (Fixed the seats but top was not working anymore). OVERALL GREAT communication and HONEST. WOULD BUY from them if the price was right.

Price was 21,000 more than advertised. I thought the price was a mistake but unfortunately it took nearly 20 texts email and harassing phone calls to answer one simple question.

Sales manager said he would beat another Ford dealership of which he didn’t. He wasted my time. They were $6500 lower trade value compared to them. Total waste of my time
