I went into the dealership to pay cash for the vehicle. I know that a car dealership is going to try to sell an extended warranty as well as other things so that wasn’t a surprise. What was a surprise was that the internet price wasn’t the selling price. Staff was friendly.

The experience wasn't terrible, but they sent me a price sheet that had dealer added fees on it it was about $4k hang was for some tire membership which they removed the rest was $1895 a extra key fob for 495 then there was a rock chip repair in the windshield and the rest for the mechanics doing a thorough inspection of the vehicle. They took that down to $1,295 and said that was the lowest they would go on that so I walked away.

Don’t give them your phone number..they won’t stop texting and calling.. even after you tell them you went elsewhere to buy.

Had a great experience even though i did not purchase a vehicle. The questions and information i asked about the original vehicle was provided to me very promptly and every question i had was answered. After negotiating a price on the first vehicle that i was not certain of, dealer provided another option. After looking at the second option, again all information and questions were promptly delivered. Great salesperson. We just couldn't land an agreeable price. I wouldn't be afraid to contact this dealer again.

If you contact them they put you on a subscription to their sales persons email. You think they are being persistent but in fact when you keep getting the same email over and over even after complaining then you notice in small print on the bottom say to unsubscribe go here! Cara was the sales person whose name was in the emails. Can you imagine what the contract small print might say!
