Ford dealerships near me (Dallas, TX)

Chui was very personable and friendly. He took a lot of time going over and explaining everything on the Car.

Purchasing this vehicle was me of the smoothest we have experienced. We highly recommend Westway Ford.

This dealership is very responsive. They sent me additional photos and videos of the vehicle, and offered to pick me up at the airport. I would absolutely recommend doing business with Town East.

They were not transparent about prices up front and when asked about it, they did not explain why those fees were added.

Everything is 🙂 fine

Everyone was very professional and courteous and answered all of my questions. I didn’t do business yet, but I will be doing business in the future.

Jill from the dealership reached out to me, and we began discussing pricing. However, after our initial conversation, the communication essentially stopped. There was no follow-up to let me know whether my offer was accepted, rejected, or even still being considered. As a customer who was genuinely interested in purchasing the vehicle, I shouldn’t have to keep reaching out or be left wondering what the dealership has decided. A simple update would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through made the entire experience frustrating and gave me the impression that earning my business simply wasn’t a priority.

great place definitely will go back

My experience was great and I would highly recommend Clay Cooley Ford.
