Ford dealerships near me (Columbus, OH)

Was told by two different employees through text and emailthat the car was there drove an hour and 20 minutes car was not there was in transit showed us two other vehicles with 2 to 3 inches of dust on them not cleaned up sat at a desk for over 15 minutes waiting on price. End up, walking out salesman end up contact me next day and raise the price of the vehicle by $1000

My experience with the dealership was terrible. The manager was rude and derogatory towards me. He lied to me on the phone about the value of my truck that I was gonna trade in and he wasn’t nice at all when I didn’t want to accept his deal and that’s when he got belligerent with me,I would not advise anybody to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Soon as I inquired about the truck it wasn’t available so they was trying to get me in different vehicles. I didn’t want.

They reacted fast to my phone call. Communication was great. The deal was done in a matter of hours. Could not have hoped for a better experience

Not horrible, just did not want to answer or rather we’re not transparent with their response. I had to ask and follow up with the same question servile time to get the game stopped. At the end, we did not come to terms and parted ways.

Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and very helpful. Rick Millisor was our sales person and did a great job. Very happy to deal with him. I will highly recommend him to friends and family. Bill Thorpe was also excellent to work with. My experience at Byers Ford was great and this is now my first stop when looking for another vehicle.
