Very specific with 2 questions in my inquiry. Sales rep called asked how he could help. I said in my inquiry , i asked for 2 things.

Truck was not clean and ready. Dirty interior and truck bed not cleaned from previous owner. Broken windshield on driver side. Sales person was helpful as could be, but I loss interest.

Staff was helpful and time efficient. Not so much on price but to be fair, we didn't get into negotiations due to color of vehicle.

Dennis was wonderful. Such an easy seamless experience!

Despite letting them know that this particular car would not work and that *stoping in to take a look and see what else might interest me would not work because I live downtown and getting there is not easy, I was told it's only a 20-25 minute drive, no problem.* Then checked google maps and it was over an hour, decided I did not want to deal with anyone who doesn't have consideration for others and more focused on just getting the sale. NO THANKS HOMEWOOD FORD

The greeting was nice but everything went down from there. From drive the wrong car to being told that I could either put a lot of money down with a high rate or get a co signer this place was not for me
