Soon as I inquired about the truck it wasn’t available so they was trying to get me in different vehicles. I didn’t want.

Overall experience was fast and efficient with no surprises. This was an out of state purchase and the sales rep and financial rep worked with us to make it happen within 3 days. We ended up flying to Columbus to pick up the vehicle as the vehicle transportation fee by an independent third party was too high. One area for improvement was responsiveness of the Internet sales team. After initial inquiry conversation, there was no follow up. I had to call the dealership to restart communications. Overall a smooth transaction, and the car was exactly as expected and in great condition.

My experience with the dealership was terrible. The manager was rude and derogatory towards me. He lied to me on the phone about the value of my truck that I was gonna trade in and he wasn’t nice at all when I didn’t want to accept his deal and that’s when he got belligerent with me,I would not advise anybody to buy a vehicle from this dealership.
