Ford dealerships near me (Auburn, MA)

A positive note about the dealership is that they responded quickly to my question that I asked via CarGurus app. But my overall experience is with the dealership is poor. I informed the dealership that I was interested in a used 2023 Ford Explorer on their lot. Since the dealership is 30 minutes away, I asked if they would check if the vehicle had massaging seats since this feature may have been removed due to the COVID chip shortage. The only way to verify is to physically get in the vehicle and activate the feature. Unfortunately, the staff apparently had better things to do and never communicated with me again. Every dealership I asked to check for the feature did, except "Ford Auburn". I ended up buying a vehicle, but not from this dealership.

I called the sales department to schedule a test drive and made an appointment for noon time the next day. After leaving my job and driving one hour to the dealership I was told that the car was in for service and it could have antold that the car was in for service and not available available for a test drive . They took my number but never called. I called a few days later and left a message but was never called back. I purchased the vehicle at a different dealership.

Overall a fine experience. Had some communication issues and had to take the initiative to reach out to them to find out what was going on. Minor issue not disclosed prior to purchase. Sent a follow up question after picking up the vehicle and never received a response.
