The truck listed didn't specify that truck had lots of dash lights on and staff tried to make it seem the dead batteries were the cause of truck no working properly no very reliable

I contacted Don’s Auto regarding a van that I was interested in and their response was quick, friendly and no pressure. A few days later I went to Dons Auto and bought the vehicle!

Inquired about the trucks payload, received at least two emails wanting to setup a test drive. I asked both people who responded initially for them to email a picture of the payload. Never heard back.

Had. Great buying experience. Called ahead and they were very transparent sending my OTD with tax and fees! Very friendly staff!

The worst dealership i have ever come across. Salesperson ensured findings from a PPI inspection would be fixed which included a brake line issue and a broken axle. Car was purchased 3/8/26, and PPI inspection was done on 3/9/26, and as of 3/21/26 i have yet to receive confirmation that these items are repaired not do i have the car. I was informed the salesperson was let go on 3/10/26. Since then the management staff will not answer my calls and refuses to give me statements regarding the repairs to the car. This is the worst and most unprofessional dealership i have ever encountered.

Tried to charge 1500 in license and dealer fees on a 3000 dollar truck. The usual is 10% not 50%. The salesman was efficient not very friendly but not rude. I just think ownership has some underhanded predatory practices and policies.
