I contacted Don’s Auto regarding a van that I was interested in and their response was quick, friendly and no pressure. A few days later I went to Dons Auto and bought the vehicle!

They use AI to communicate and will not let you speak to a human being. I received multiple calls and it was the most annoying and frustrating experience. I had several phone appointments and was put on hold once for over 30 minutes. I submitted a credit app and have yet to speak with a human being and it’s been over 5 days now

Did not disclose accidents prior to arrival

Tried to charge 1500 in license and dealer fees on a 3000 dollar truck. The usual is 10% not 50%. The salesman was efficient not very friendly but not rude. I just think ownership has some underhanded predatory practices and policies.

The gentleman Ernesto was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was interested in. Even though he's not a financer or salesman, he was still awesome. He answered all my questions. He was nice. He was funny. He made me and my family feel very welcome and we came back the next day to look again even though I didn't purchase anything. He was so awesome both days when I do decide to buy one I will be back just because of how I was treated by Ernesto. Thank you!
