The truck listed at 26,900,after speaking to a gentleman on the phone, he assured me that I will need at least $32,000.00 to afford the truck. Either way it seamed like he didn’t want to sell,so I moved on. if he is too busy to help,I don’t need his help. Thank you.

I contacted Don’s Auto regarding a van that I was interested in and their response was quick, friendly and no pressure. A few days later I went to Dons Auto and bought the vehicle!

They use AI to communicate and will not let you speak to a human being. I received multiple calls and it was the most annoying and frustrating experience. I had several phone appointments and was put on hold once for over 30 minutes. I submitted a credit app and have yet to speak with a human being and it’s been over 5 days now

Had. Great buying experience. Called ahead and they were very transparent sending my OTD with tax and fees! Very friendly staff!

Did not disclose accidents prior to arrival

Tried to charge 1500 in license and dealer fees on a 3000 dollar truck. The usual is 10% not 50%. The salesman was efficient not very friendly but not rude. I just think ownership has some underhanded predatory practices and policies.
