Dealerships near me (Fontana, CA)

Worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I flew from the Bay Area after speaking to multiple people about the vehicle and then is when the games began. The vehicle was missing parts, such as the rack in the back of the truck and the staff were incredibly rude and could not stop lying about every vehicle they had. For example, they stated this particular vehicle they just received but online it shows the vehicles been there for over 567 days. Absolute crooks do not ever deal with this dealership you will regret it.

I feel very comfortable with this dealer and probably the only independent used auto retailer I would purchase from. The vehicle I was interested has sold but they continue to work with me to find a suitable vehicle.

Great follow up

The dealership was great the staff was awesome Ms Gracie and Mr Tom were very helpful very very polite okay. Gracie was awesome he kept me in touch and informed with everything that was going on with the car with the paperwork my disability they were both awesome great dealership good job guys

Over all good. Experience

For to being long distance and unable to test drive, I didn’t feel comfortable purchasing—perhaps another time. This was the make, model and had the features I wanted. Just too bad I was too far away. The individuals I communicated with were timely and efficient. Thx

Excellent , Nicholson is very good in communication and professional skills to do his job make the transition from trade-in to buying a car at Fontana Mototor Direct very smooth.

Tried to charge 1500 in license and dealer fees on a 3000 dollar truck. The usual is 10% not 50%. The salesman was efficient not very friendly but not rude. I just think ownership has some underhanded predatory practices and policies.

Staff very rude. The guy named ogie very rude, no class, no salestalk. Only wants money. Car has a lot of issue and he does not want to explain. Wont allow a testdrive , he wants deal first before testdrive. Unprofessional
