If I could give less than 1 star I would. The website said they were open Sundays. We drove all the way out there and they were not open. When I called him he was vwey rude and said it was by appointment only... but the website did not say that! We never even got to look at the car because the wanted me to wait an hour for him.

Well, the staff and Danny were all amazing. Unfortunately, the vehicle I was looking at did not meet my expectations and unfortunately, we were too far apart in numbers. But understanding that it was new to them I walked away satisfied with all the communication in the effort that was involved, them seem fair to me.

Greg at GT Auto Lounge was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions, but we couldn’t agree on a deal.

Had some service items come up during the 10 day cooling off period that CarMax provided excellent service for. Easy transaction, just had paperwork to sign. Of course, I knowingly overpaid for this Bronco, as CarMax vehicles prices are always high relative to other dealers. But you pay for the ease of the transaction.

Samir was wonderful to work with. It was a very straightforward and professional experience. From test drive, to purchase, to driving it off the lot it took me two hours.

I’ve been contacted multiple times about a Tesla Model 3 I was interested in, so I decided to come see it in person. Before heading over, I called to let them know I was coming. Arin told me to come “anytime” between 4:00–4:30. Shortly after that call, I received a text saying I had a 4:30 appointment scheduled, which I never specifically asked for, but I didn’t think much of it. I arrived a little early and parked right out front. I spent time looking at the 7 and 8 Series vehicles and didn’t see anyone outside. I then walked into the showroom, which was nearly empty. I saw someone at a desk (who I was later told was the manager), but no one acknowledged me. I went back outside, looked over the car I inquired about, and then sat inside it for over an hour. No one approached me. That’s honestly crazy considering how much outreach I received beforehand. I eventually had to walk back inside and ask for help myself. Don't Bot!!! Salesman did not acknowledge my presence when I arrived. So I started looking at the truck. Finally the salesman came up and asked how he could help me. I told him I was interested in the truck and would like to look inside the cab and take it for a test drive. He wanted to talk price and financing first. I told him no financing, it was going to be a cash sale. I asked him how much and he could go down on price and he said he would not go lower. I asked if I could check out the tool box and climb in the back of the truck to look at it. (Keep in mind I am overweight and 60 years old, he never offered any assistance to help me climb in the back of the truck. His phone was more important.) I went to check the tool box and it was locked and I asked him if he had key for the tool box. He went inside and came back and handed me the keys. The keys didn't work and he did not offer to help open the tool box. He would not let me test drive the truck unless I locked in price.

This dealership is awesome! We communicated for about a week before I could make it there to see the car. The vehicle was exactly as they said it would be and more!!! I drove 160 miles for a test drive. I bought the car and within an hour I was driving it home!
