Georges was amazing to work with! He answered all of my questions and addressed any issues I had. The price was great, and the attention to detail was even better! He was honest and up front with everything. Very rare these days when purchasing a used vehicle. I drove almost 3 hours to do business with SV Auto Sales, and I will definitely do business with them in the future!

Dealer was quick to respond to all my questions and was extremely helpful. The thing I was prequalified but that does not mean I I qualified for anything . If the dealer does not work with spacific lender then the hole qualifying process starts over. So I did not get a the dodge.

Overall, everything about my experience at the dealership was great, the sales process went smoothly and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the finance portion of the transaction was disappointing. The finance officer insisted that an optional item was required by state law when it was not. Based on that information, I reluctantly agreed to purchase it and later regretted the decision after learning it was optional. This misinformation significantly took away from an otherwise positive experience.

When contacted, the dealership said the truck was sold, only to contact me a week or so later and ask if I was still interested. I was, so we had some back and forth with myself trying to see if they would come down on the price. They never did answer my question with any clarity, only asking what I would pay. By the time I was passed off to the third salesman/manager, I was pretty fed up. The third individual I communicated with was named Jason and he was quite the condescending jerk. They don’t really listen or apparently care about gaining any repeat business. I was a cash buyer and they could care less
