Dealer was quick to respond to all my questions and was extremely helpful. The thing I was prequalified but that does not mean I I qualified for anything . If the dealer does not work with spacific lender then the hole qualifying process starts over. So I did not get a the dodge.

Overall, everything about my experience at the dealership was great, the sales process went smoothly and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the finance portion of the transaction was disappointing. The finance officer insisted that an optional item was required by state law when it was not. Based on that information, I reluctantly agreed to purchase it and later regretted the decision after learning it was optional. This misinformation significantly took away from an otherwise positive experience.

Jake was very helpful I just need to get get prequalified and the see where we can get He was so helpful and I’ll use him when my transaction happens It was a busy week last week so this upcoming week will be better for me
