Dealerships near me (Florissant, MO)

Staff was helpful and friendly. Process is the same as any other dealership. They are used good cars. They have all in one car shop. Finance, trade in, body work, mechanic's available and tires (new and used) They aren’t usually busy. And anything wrong with the car they will handle it. I recommend this for anyone who would like a nice used car. They are used so not perfect but in good shape and low mileage.

The sales person was great to talk to. I found vehicle through cargurus. I live 4.5 hours away. There is no way they could hold it for me to actually see it & drive it. The person called me back 2 hours later & said they sold it. Everything was fine other than that.

I called and asked if the car was available to test drive. I was told it was. Drove 45 minutes out to see it. They had me first sit with a salesperson that wanted my social security number, mortgage amount, husband’s name, etc. just to look at or test drive the car. I repeatedly told the young man that I wasn’t there to finance the car, that I simply wanted to see it and test drive it. He would not stop and kept saying “my system requires it.” Uhm, no. We’ve test drove numerous cars across St Louis over the years and NO ONE has ever asked me for such personal information to just look at a car. I refused to share the information, told the young man that and proceeded to walk out. An older gentleman tried to stop us, explaining”he’s new, still training” but not once did they offer to let me see the car without sharing personal finance information. I will say the sales manager called me the next day to apologize but still didn’t mention waving the policy. I will NEVER recommend them

Excellent follow up with an extremely high genuine desire to make sure they fulfill every possible request and needs you have when it is time to buy a new car foe yourself. I love the endless selection!
