Poor communication and lack of concern about the sale led me not to purchase the car

I have received emails from this dealership. They have also invited me to see their inventory.

After getting a call to confirm the appointment and the car being available, the car had being sold the day before and waisted my time.

Mr Alex was very attentive to me and my question,I really appreciate doing business with him and Car Superstore thank you again.

Just like every other dealership in south Florida wont give an out the door price but will even send their janitor to email you on how you should come in now if you cant provide a simple request as an otd offer why should take the time to drive to your place so that the process of long waits and back and forward so call negotiation starts to just make you want to sign and hope your one of the many that dont read what your signing and get you with all the hidden fees

Salesperson provided requested information promptly. Issue of concern was high add ons in out the door price with no opportunity to negotiate.
