i had an appointment scheduled to look at the vehicle when I get there though there was no vehicle to look at because they sold it and didn't have any other vehicles like it

They are not a very straight forward staff. they seem to hide behind "what if's", referring to the trade in, when it comes them providing an accurate number for the trade. They will talk down your trade in order to give you less money for it. this is where the "what if's" come in. what if this happens. What if that happens with your car. What if you were to....What if we could The sale person was rude at times and though I provided documentation, this you man had the audacity to insinuate that I was lying when I provided him with verifiable documentation.....All of this in order to get me to take less money on my trade. they like to play the run back and forth game between the sales person and manager. they will offer you far less initially, know that you will say no. the sales person then begins the "this is what the manager says" game. Every time he comes back it's a little higher number...but he continues the game about 2-4 times. Watch your back ....not to be trusted.
