Waiting on the second key for vehicle I feel that a limited service could have also been extended with the purchase of the vehicle.

Communication with multiple "people" was great until you realize it's AI and they don't know the inventory. I submitted a credit application for a car that was listed on the Internet and after three days of communication back-and-forth, it had been determined the car had been sold to someone else. The vehicle was pretty unique and I have not been able to find another one. I don't like running credit reports unnecessarily. When I finally called and spoke to someone, they told me they were in a meeting. Could they call me back? I said please don't.

I called to make an appointment for the weekend which I did. I received a call back and scheduled an appointment. I received a message from car guru that the car I was looking at was sold but nothing from the dealership. They were quick to schedule an appointment but nothing to let me know the vehicle was no longer available. I would have driven 3 hours for nothing.
