Dealerships near me (Farrell, PA)

On December 26, at 9:00 am, We went to their dealership for the second time to look at and confirm we wanted topurchase a used truck. We offered them hand money, and they said they didn't accept hand money but agreed to hold the truck until Monday so our money could be transferred into our checking account. We shook hands and left knowing the truck was ours. At 2:00, they called to say they sold the truck out from under us. We would not recommend them to anyone. They proved their word was not to be trusted. Our money was in our bank account on Friday, and on Friday, we purchased another truck from a different Ford dealer. We would recommend them to everyone.

I thought they low baked the trade in and we found some issue items with the car that was missed in the in take of the vehicle. Our sales associate Cornell was awesome, love him but at the end of the day the sales manager was not budging.

Did Everyrhing they could to help me and that was the best thing any car dealer can do...I am glad they helped me out...been there for 7 hrs just for them to do what they can to help me...Ty

Frame was rotted out.Did not tell me that frame was rotted

I wanted to purchase the car, but was never given a chance. Told them I felt a safety issue with the truck (which they agreed and determined to fix). While I was waiting for it to be fixed, they went and sold it to another individual without asking me to put money down (which I gladly would have, if given the opportunity).

Could not have been smoother. I really appreciated the low pressure interactions with the sales dept and finance dept.

Nice dealership. Salesman was very nice and helpful.
