This person who was suppose to meet up with me was super rude and unprofessional wanted to meet up at 6:15 and texted me at 5:00 to meet him at the dealership at 5 pm making no sense said he was stuck in traffic and said he will arrive at 6:45 wanted me to wait for him and got mad saying he was wasting his time to show me the car and before that he was already asking how I was going to pay without me seeing the car it was too many red flags I am very disappointed and would like to speak to the higher ups for his unprofessionalism

Nice informative staff

I bought an Acura Integra A-Spec last weekend at Hopkins Acura of Fairfield and had a great experience. Everyone I worked with—the salesperson, manager, and finance team—was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They gave me a great deal, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. While I waited, they even put the World Cup on for me, which was a thoughtful touch. The paperwork was handled quickly, my car was detailed and ready to go, and I was in and out in under an hour. Even if it had taken a little longer, I wouldn’t have cared because the experience was that good. If more dealerships were like this one, people wouldn’t feel so intimidated walking into a dealership. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a good experience in the beginning, had the car checked out by a mechanic and found out about an expensive 40,000 mile service that hadn’t been done on this 47,000 mile car. Went in to point out this flaw and make an offer, ended up dealing with a manager who talked over us, was unreasonable and didn’t want to hear none of it. At one point we were told “that’s Audi, the maintenance comes with the car”.
