Purchased what I thought was Jeep SRT and later found that a significant amount of parts were not OEM SRT. Had to return vehicle which Kendall did expeditiously, however still experienced significant financial loss as lender charged me filing fees to process the return.

Amit was great! I had relatives in the area that were able to test drive it for me as I live in WI. Amit answered all my questions and even put the truck up on a lift and videoed the undercarriage and the truck in general as I could not. Everything was taken care of by the time I arrived to pick it up and drive it back to WI. Amit recommended a shipper, but it would have been costly and hard to find someone to drop it off at my remote location. The transaction went smooth and the vehicle was as it was described and made the cross country trip back with no issues! All in all, a great car shopping experience

Went in to look at a X7 BMW, VIN 5UXCW2C02L9C05288. First the car is being offered with 3/32(2) and 4/32(2) tires. That is barely legal and Monica said they don’t sell cars with 5/32 and below. Monica then said she was confused because she works 5 days a week. Also. Cam the previous weekend was very dismissive towards us. So upon tell Monica my concerns she brings out her closer sales manager. I explain my concerns to him and he says, “let’s put an offer together”. So now in my ignorance I believed they were going to do something about the four borderline tires. Keep in mind their own parts department stated the tires they recommend are $2,650 and their labor rate is over $300/hour. So their offer came back at sticker price. And get this on top of sticker price they listed their ‘executive package’ for window stitching. So their closer took none of my concerns and just list out sticker price. They were still going to make money from dealer financing. Please avoid.
